Vegetable Jalfrezi Recipe

(Serves 22)


400g blanched diced carrots
400g blanched broccoli florets
400g blanched cauliflower florets
500g boiled diced potatoes
300g green peas
200g diced peppers
60g butter
1 jar Kohinoor Jalfrezi Cooking Sauce


  • In a large pot, melt the butter
  • Add all vegetables and lightly fry
  • Add the jar of Kohinoor Jalfrezi Cooking sauce
  • Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes
  • Serve with Kohinoor Basmati Rice and garnish with fried onions and coriander
