Ingredients

2.2kg diced chicken breast
50g oil
2.2kg Kohinoor Tikka Masala Sauce
250ml double cream
50g chopped coriander

Kohinoor Tikka Masala Sauce

Method

  • Heat oil in a large pot
  • Sautee the chicken breast
  • When they are slightly coloured, add the Kohinoor Tikka Masala Sauce and simmer until chicken is cooked
  • Stir through the double cream
  • Serve with steamed Kohinoor Basmati rice and fresh coriander
