Ingredients
250g diced chicken
30g yoghurt
5 tbsp oil
10g ginger and garlic paste
5g salt
10ml lemon juice
¼ tsp chilli powder
100g diced peppers
40g diced red onion
200g Kohinoor Tikka Masala
4 large tortillas
4 eggs

Kohinoor Tikka Masala
Method
- Heat the grill to 200˚C
- Marinate the chicken in the yoghurt, salt, ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice, teaspoon of oil, and chilli powder for ten minutes until cooked with a nice charred colour
- Sautee the peppers and onions in 2 teaspoons of oil
- Add the cooked chicken tikka
- Stir in the Kohinoor Tikka Masala sauce
- Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt
- Dip each tortilla into the beaten eggs and pan fry until crispy
- Add the chicken mixture and wrap
