(Serves 4)

Ingredients

250g diced chicken
30g yoghurt
5 tbsp oil
10g ginger and garlic paste
5g salt
10ml lemon juice
¼ tsp chilli powder
100g diced peppers
40g diced red onion
200g Kohinoor Tikka Masala
4 large tortillas
4 eggs

Method

  • Heat the grill to 200˚C
  • Marinate the chicken in the yoghurt, salt, ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice, teaspoon of oil, and chilli powder for ten minutes until cooked with a nice charred colour
  • Sautee the peppers and onions in 2 teaspoons of oil
  • Add the cooked chicken tikka
  • Stir in the Kohinoor Tikka Masala sauce
  • Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt
  • Dip each tortilla into the beaten eggs and pan fry until crispy
  • Add the chicken mixture and wrap
